The Core Insurance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on end-to-end as well as modular core operational solutions and digital transformation for international insurance companies. Our main service portfolio covers system architecture, design, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing support for SAP/SAP Fioneer’s core insurance applications, including SAP Policy Management, SAP Product and Quotation Management, msg Product Manager, SAP Claims Management, SAP Incentives and Commission Management, SAP Commission, and SAP Collections and Disbursements In addition, we also provide consulting, implementation, and integration services for msg.life Factory (leading policy administration system for life insurance in Europe) for international insurance customers. On top our team is also advanced in the newest SAP Technology in Business Technology Platform area, so we provide development services for BTP.
As one of the largest Core Insurance teams in the world, we employ SAP frontend/backend developers, S4i consultants, SAP integration consultants, SAP BTP consultants and insurance industry experts.
What you will do
* Design and configure complex incentive compensation plans using SAP SPM IM or APM.
* Troubleshoot and optimize remuneration elements, rules, workflows, and reporting structures.
* Integrate SAP SPM with SAP and external systems using APIs and middleware (e.g., CPI).
* Manage data modeling, quality, and complex data loads within the SPM environment.
* Lead full-cycle SAP SPM implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
* Advise clients on best practices and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Support pre-sales activities including solution design and effort estimation.
* Mentor junior consultants and conduct peer reviews of configurations and documentation.
* Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring delivery quality.
* Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements for existing SPM solutions.
What we are looking for
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience with SAP Incentive Management (IM) or Agent Performance Management (APM), including several full-cycle implementations
* Strong knowledge of SAP SPM components such as plan configuration, rules, quotas, workflows, and reporting
* Proven experience integrating SAP SPM with SAP modules (e.g., FS-CD, ERP, CRM) and third-party systems
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience leading teams and advising clients
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
* SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commissions
* Experience with SAP BTP and advanced reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)
* Familiarity with other SPM modules such as APM, T&Q, or ALM
* Knowledge of other compensation or SPM platforms (e.g., SAP ICM)
