Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 4+ years of help desk technician/client services experience
2. 2-3 + years of ServiceDesk plus for ticket resolution
3. Responsible for providing support and troubleshoots software and hardware problems faced by users.
4. Technicians must work together internally with IT staff members.
5. Provide our users with an excellent user experience
6. Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
7. Talk to users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
8. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
9. Provide support, including procedural documents and relevant reports
10. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
11. The role involves delivering an exemplary customer experience to our clients and end users by delivering key seamless operations.
12. The successful candidate will be expected to drive efficiencies throughout the entire company through continued process improvements, process training, and change management.
13. Process and validate invoices, keep track and chase payments, invoice query management, maintain historical records, analyze and prepare reports
14. Strong analytical/critical thinking with the implied ability to continuously multitask and manage priorities.
15. Not project work – just BAU
Required Skills:
16. Good practical knowledge of MS-Applications, desktop/laptops (Windows / MAC), printers, WiFi, and network technology
17. Mobile technology
18. LAN & WAN Technologies
