Description of the role As Sales Director / Head of Sales (DACH), you’ll own the regional revenue, margin, and growth strategy — leading from the front and building high-impact customer relationships at C-level. You’ll guide and grow a talented sales team, refine our go-to-market approach, and personally close key enterprise opportunities that shape our presence in the DACH market. Responsibilities Develop strategic enterprise accounts. Lead, coach, and motivate the DACH sales team to exceed growth targets. Ensure strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Build strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and consultants. Work cross-functionally with marketing and delivery to strengthen customer experience. Champion commercial excellence in pricing, proposals, and profitability Requirements for the role 5 years of sales leadership experience in AV, UCC, or workplace technology. Proven success leading regional or enterprise sales teams across DACH. Strong ability to build and influence C-level relationships. Experience selling managed services, SaaS, or monitoring platforms alongside integration. Very good in German and English (other languages welcome). Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and commercial discipline. Why us?
