Our Finance Department is seeking a skilled professional to support our ongoing financial management and analysis.
* Support the accounting team with general ledger maintenance and analysis.
* Assist with monthly close procedures, including data reconciliation and journal entries.
* Partner with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit schedules and provide necessary support during the audit process.
* Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparing and reviewing financial reports and making adjustments as needed.
* Develop and implement ad-hoc analysis to measure key performance indicators, trends, and efficiencies.
* Prepare commission calculations and assist in designing and administering related programs.
* Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficient financial operations.
* Identify and provide financial and business solutions to meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
* Provide cross-functional support as needed based on your diversified experience.
* Support pricing analysis with quarterly updates, requests, and other inquiries from management.
Requirements

* Ability to multitask and be action-oriented, prioritizing multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Expert-level Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
* Relevant degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
* Professional accounting certification (CPA) is an asset.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in report preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
