About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, creating standout experiences for our customers and driving sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment with great teams, making every customer feel like a VIP.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Offer excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
* Suggest apparel and footwear that meet customers' needs
* Share knowledge about our products and features
* Stock, straighten and clean the store
* Work both front and back of store as needed
* Deliver customer omni-channel requests
* Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
* Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
* Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:
* Be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
* Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office
* Can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
* Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
* Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to perform essential functions of the role
* Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
