Your tasks:
You will lead the new unit Head of Credit, Treasury & Liquidity Controls (f/m/d) in direct reporting line to the Director Enterprise Risk and Outsourcing Management. In this key role, you will assume overall responsibility for managing and further developing control processes in the areas of credit risk, treasury, and liquidity management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Investment Policy and ensuring its implementation, monitoring treasury limits, and ensuring the preparation and analysis of the daily Treasury Middle Office Report.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the regular and comprehensive assessment of clearing members and other counterparties from a creditworthiness perspective, deriving appropriate limit proposals. You will also ensure the continuous monitoring of existing counterparties.
In the area of liquidity management, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring controls as part of your role in the second line of defense. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as implementing and conducting appropriate stress tests.
Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic and methodological implementation and further development of the risk strategy and risk inventory, and make assumptions in the aforementioned areas that feed into regulatory capital planning.

Your skills:
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification; additional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.
* Extensive experience in credit risk management, treasury, and liquidity management, ideally within a regulated financial institution.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (EMIR, KWG, MaRisk, CRR, EBA Guidelines).
* Strong analytical skills, experience with risk models and reporting tools.
* Leadership experience and the ability to manage complex projects.
* Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
