Join an internationally active organisation in the mobility and digital services sector as Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will advise group companies and business units on a wide range of commercial matters, supporting growth initiatives, digital product development, and large-scale customer relationships within a dynamic European environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a legal contact for group companies and business units, particularly in Sales, Energy, Toll, and Procurement. Review and negotiate procurement contracts, with a focus on IT and digital products. Advise Sales teams on commercial agreements, including large-scale customer contracts and software-related matters. Develop legally sound structuring solutions for new digital products and business models. Support cross-functional and group-wide projects from a legal perspective. Manage legal matters independently with full ownership and accountability.
Your Profile:
Fully qualified lawyer with both German State Examinations. Professional experience in commercial, procurement, or sales law, either in private practice or in-house. Solid knowledge of IT law and an interest in digital business models. Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with commercial awareness. Confident communicator with negotiation skills and assertiveness. Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently. Business-fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
