Your tasks
7. Coordination and organization of business trips, further training measures and international meetings and conferences
8. Independently preparing and drafting documents for meetings and presentations, including preparing relevant documents for group leaders and team leaders
9. Independently creating and editing meeting minutes, presentations and other documents
10. Scheduling and monitoring internal/external appointments for the group and group management
11. Independent internal/external correspondence in German and English
12. Identifying and arranging suitable contacts for technical inquiries
13. Coordinating and ensuring a targeted flow of information
14. Coordinating the central office supplies room and ordering office supplies accordingly
15. Dispatching documents, goods and orders in the relevant systems
16. Independent and timely final processing and entry in BIRDS, including formatting, coordination of the pre-archive check and signature circulation of internal and external standardized clinical and non-clinical documents/reports in accordance with specifications
Your profile
17. Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification, such as management assistant, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the assistant or administrative area
18. Experience in global departments and different cultures and time zones an advantage
19. Very good MS Office skills (especially Word)
20. Very good knowledge of English and written and spoken German
21. Strong team and communication skills, flexibility, high level of commitment and reliability
22. Organizational talent with ability to work independently and responsibly
