Proxity is a newly launched real estate asset management platform founded by Blackstone, one of the world’s leading investment firms. Designed for scalability and operational excellence, we utilize appropriate systems and streamlined, efficient cross-border processes to manage a rapidly growing portfolio of real estate investments across Europe and to provide our employees with the best possible support in their roles. In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling our international HR set-up. You will support the implementation of a cross-country HR and payroll software solution and, after go-live, act as a central point of contact for local payroll partners in our international entities.
In addition, you will actively contribute to day-to-day HR operations and support a wide range of topics such as recruiting, HR processes, performance management and employee development. This role is ideal for someone who, alongside a small, engaged and cheerful team, enjoys building structures, taking ownership and contributing to a variety of HR topics.
International HR & Payroll Systems
Support the setup and implementation of a cross-country payroll software solution (ADP)
Coordinate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and local payroll experts
Ensure consistent standards, data quality and scalable processes across countries
HR Operations & Daily Business
Support day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle
Contribute to recruiting activities, including job postings, applicant management and interview coordination
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and further develop HR processes, policies and documentation
Projects, Processes & Development
Actively contribute to HR projects (e.g. process standardisation, system implementations, international rollouts)
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and help build efficient, scalable HR structures
Work closely with a small HR team and international interfaces
At least 2–4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in an international environment
Strong system affinity and interest in HR software, digital tools and payroll-related topics
Preferably a basic understanding of international payroll
Hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership in a fast-growing environment
High motivation to learn and contribute across a broad range of HR topics
Very good written and spoken English and German skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
