We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to oversee the daily operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Assist in managing store teams and ensuring effective team performance.
 * Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, taking charge of store operations and making key decisions.
 * Implement company policies and procedures to drive business growth and excellence.
 * Mentor and support sales staff to meet sales targets, focusing on excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
 * Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store appearance, and employee morale.
Requirements:
 * Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
 * A commercial awareness and good IT skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
