For over 40 years, we have been advancing the office of the CFO with our award-winning suite of finance automation applications.Our solutions streamline all working capital-related processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Cash Flow Management, and Treasury, across both cloud and SAP environments.Our 10+ hubs across Europe, North America, and India support over 2,800 clients worldwide, reflecting the trust we\'ve built with a diverse global community.Join us as we lead the future of finance automation!Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own Serrala’s global communications strategy across all internal and external audiences.Ensure consistency of messaging across internal communications, PR, demand generation, product marketing, and executive communications.Build and maintain the company’s overarching narrative to support business objectives and strengthen brand reputation.Executive CommunicationsPartner directly with the Executive Team on strategic, ongoing, and crisis communications.Lead the executive visibility and speaker program, including speeches, social media presence, interviews, and authored thought‑leadership content.Prepare leaders for internal and external communication moments.Public RelationsManage global PR activities in partnership with Serrala’s PR agency.Lead campaign planning, narrative development, media outreach, and press release creation.Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Content, and Executive teams to ensure accurate and compelling external stories.Internal CommunicationsOversee internal communications programs—from global town halls to major company announcements.Support crisis communications and ensure timely, clear messaging across the organization.Lead intranet governance and support high‑engagement internal content.Thought LeadershipDefine and drive Serrala’s global thought‑leadership strategy.Identify relevant topics aligned with market trends and company priorities.Support product and content teams in developing authoritative, scalable content.Regional CommunicationsSupport German‑language communications when needed.Enable regional teams through localized editorial support and scalable thought‑leadership assets.Skills, Experience & QualificationsRequiredFluency in English and German, written and spoken.Extensive experience in corporate or global communications.Strong PR and media relations background, including agency collaboration.Proven experience working with and influencing executive leaders.Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and editorial skills.Strong project management abilities; highly organized and able to manage competing priorities.Ability to perform under pressure—especially during reactive or crisis communication situations.High attention to detail with a strong sense of quality.Nice to HaveExperience in tech, B2B software, or financial process automation is a plus.Background in employer branding, content strategy, or brand communications is beneficial.[EEO Statement]We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
