Requirements:

* University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
* Certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Training Management are an asset.
* Strong understanding of labor laws, particularly those related to apprenticeships, training, and employee development.
* Experience in Learning & Development and recruitment.
* Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on people growth.
* Proficiency in HR systems is a plus.
* Fluent English language skills; proficiency in French or German is an advantage.
