About the Role
As a Financial Statement Manager, you will play a key role in providing expert advisory services to clients on financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
* You will lead IFRS Advisory projects, reviewing preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, and providing guidance to team members.
* Liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage IFRS Advisory projects from start to finish.
* Develop and implement effective solutions for complex financial reporting issues.
* Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
* At least 5 years of experience in IFRS advisory projects and/or preparation of consolidated financial statements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
