The role The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the hotel and member's club, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budget management. Key Accountabilities Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision making. Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and other financial obligations. Manage the hotel's accounting and finance team, providing leadership and direction to ensure team productivity and development.
