Your tasks
9. Monitoring & Protection: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all soil protection requirements on construction-related usable areas and for overseeing the professional restoration of the soils.
10. Construction engineering support: They monitor the removal and installation as well as the proper storage of the main backfill and check ground access with regard to load distribution.
11. Quality assurance: They review relevant documents, workflows, and documents submitted by the contractor (e.g., concepts and suitability tests).
12. Documentation & Communication: They keep detailed records and photo documentation, participate in construction meetings and conduct site visits including soil analyses and sampling.
Your profile
13. Qualification: You have a completed degree in natural sciences, environmental sciences, landscape planning, agricultural sciences, ecology, engineering or a comparable qualification.
14. Experience: You bring sound professional experience in soil science-related construction supervision or soil protection.
15. Legal certainty: You possess a fundamental understanding of environmental law and ideally also of construction and planning law.
16. Soft skills: You communicate openly and purposefully with customers and colleagues and maintain an overview even in stressful phases.
17. IT & Language: You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital document management systems (e.g., SharePoint). Excellent German skills (at least C1 level) are mandatory.
