Compensation & Benefits Manager Role
As a senior manager in the HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping compensation and benefits processes. This includes advising business partners on key topics, supporting process development, conducting complex analyses, and performing job evaluations.
* Provide expert guidance to HR teams on compensation and benefits matters
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives
* Conduct thorough analysis to ensure pay equity
* Assist in project execution related to sales compensation
