B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team.
This is a full-time fully remote role, contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
* Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
* Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline
* Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
* Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
* Native-level German (mandatory)
* Fluent English
* Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
* Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
* Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
What We Offer
* Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
* Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia)
* Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGN
* Target bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly)
