Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and organizational support to the executive management team
* Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips
* Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
* Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate departments
* Maintain and update databases and document management systems
* Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents
* Organize internal and external events
* Handle inquiries and correspondence, both internally and externally
* Manage office supplies and office infrastructure
* Perform general office coordination and organization
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
* Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in back office or executive assistance is advantageous
* Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
* Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
* Very good German language skills (written and spoken), English language skills (written and spoken)
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* High discretion and responsibility Ability to work independently and reliably
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to new tasks and requirements
