Tasks
-Optimization of customer support using chatbots and other tools
-Handling customer inquiries in 1st level support via Zendesk
-Analyzing error patterns based on log files and customer data
-Documenting recurring issues and supporting error identification
-Close collaboration with our development team to improve our products
Requirements
-Experience in technical customer support or strong technical affinity
-Ability to analyze technical issues in a structured manner
-Confident use of digital tools, ideally experience with Zendesk
-Good written German skills or excellent English skills
-Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-focused way of working from home
