Your Contribution
You are the architect and driver of our SSC performance regarding all operational accounting topics
You act as a diplomat in a high-speed environment building bridges between different Stakeholders internally and externally (especially as sparring partner for German Real Estate Team)
You create KPI & SLA reports, statistics and evaluations for all processes in the area of finance operations
You are responsible for the uality assurance of SSC activities & Steering of permanent training courses for SSC team members
You lead complex transformation projects in the area of accounting
What Makes You Stand Out
Completed degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and at least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting
Experience with working with a Shared Services Center (SSC)
Advanced knowledge of SAP (ideally RE/FX) - we appreciate your IT affinity
Fluent German (C1) and English skills written and spoken
