Position Summary
The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a Campaign Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.
A day in the life of..
* Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;
* HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;
* Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;
* Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;
* Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;
* Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;
* Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s;
* Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders
What will make you successful
* Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
* Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc.);
* Knowledge of HTML or CSS;
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
* Good analytical skills;
* Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);
* Passion for the Digital Marketing field
