Senior Fund Administrator – Super ManCo, Great Salary Package
We are currently assisting our partner, a dynamic and human-sized Super ManCo located in the heart of the city, in the search for a Senior Fund Administrator.
This ManCo is known on the market for the high quality of its services and, as a result, its good reputation. Today, the AIFM is represented by less than 30 dynamic team members. As part of the ManCo’s development, the Senior Fund Administrator will have a key role in ensuring the day-to-day governance of the funds. This will offer you lots of autonomy in your role, while being in contact with the Head Of abroad with whom you will work closely too.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Administrator – Funds – PSF – AIFM – ManCo – Legal - Finance
* You are in charge of ensuring compliance with CSSF regulations, AIFMD and all other relevant Luxembourg regulations.
* You manage FATCA processes including communication with investors as well as classifications. You will also be in charge of overseeing FATCA reportings and liaising with tax officers.
* You draft fund-related legal documentation such as subscription agreements, side letters and offering documents.
* You prepare and organize board meetings and also manage the onboarding of investors (including AML/KYC processes).
* You ensure the investor registers are up to date and are in direct contact with them.
* You have acquired experience with Alternative Investment funds as well as UCITS.

* You have 5 years of experience or more as a fund administrator in a PFS or AIFM in Luxembourg.
* You have had the opportunity to handle a varied portfolio, ideally comprising Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds.
* You speak English fluently in order to integrate well in this new team and to exchange easily with your clients.
* Having obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Law or Finance, or any other certificates, will be an important plus.
* Your open-mindedness and enthusiastic personality will be greatly appreciated by your colleagues, who would also describe themselves as dynamic.

* You can count on an excellent salary up to €90.000 gross per year and, in addition to this, also meal vouchers of €15, health insurance, a pension plan, and a generous annual bonus.
