Tasks
* Support in the implementation and maintenance of the GRC module in ServiceNow
* Collaboration with various departments to identify requirements for GRC processes and to map them in ServiceNow
* Participation in the analysis and optimization of existing processes in the area of governance, risk, and compliance
* Support in the implementation of new features and modules
* Assistance in training and supporting end users in using the GRC module
* Creation of documentation and reports
* Conducting tests and quality assurance measures
* Support the development and maintenance of additional applications within the existing tool landscape
Profil
* Degree in Computer Science, Business and Computer Science, or a comparable qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
* Basic knowledge of the application and administration of ServiceNow is an advantage but not mandatory
* Interest in governance, risk, and compliance management
* Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented working style
* Team player with good communication skills
* Independent and structured working style
* Good English skills, both written and spoken
