From D2C to Global Omnichannel: HOLY entered retail in 2024 and has since quickly built a strong presence across major supermarket chains in Germany. What started as a new channel has rapidly become one of our most important growth drivers — with expanding distribution, increasing shelf presence, and growing activation opportunities.
As we continue to scale, we are now looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping how HOLY wins at the point of sale. Working closely with our Head of Trade Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of brand ambition and commercial execution — ensuring that our retail presence consistently translates into strong visibility, shopper engagement, and sustainable growth.
This is a highly impactful role in a fast-scaling environment, offering the opportunity to help define how trade marketing structures, activation standards, and retail execution evolve as HOLY continues to expand across retailers and markets.
Retail Activation Strategy & POS Excellence Develop and implement HOLY's retail activation strategy to maximize visibility, rotation, and brand impact at the point of sale. Translate campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives into compelling in-store executions across retailers and categories.
End-to-End Retail Activation Ownership Lead complex trade marketing initiatives from concept to rollout — including displays, bundles, assortments, and retailer-specific activations. Ensure flawless execution by closely collaborating with Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Project & Process Leadership Drive structured project management across major trade initiatives, improving planning reliability, stakeholder alignment, and execution speed. Commercial Performance & Activation ROI Define and monitor activation KPIs such as rotation uplift, display ROI, and distribution impact. Scaling Retail Excellence Internationally Build activation standards, POS systems, and playbooks that allow HOLY to scale from strong local execution to structured international rollouts. Support new market launches with replicable trade marketing concepts and retail activation frameworks.
