As Head of HR, you will have overall responsibility for the HR strategy and operations of a fast-growing, highly innovative aerospace company within a global group. In close cooperation with the Executive Board, you will act as a strategic sparring partner and driver for cultural change, organisational development and sustainable growth. You will lead a competent HR team along the dimensions of HR Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Expertise (CoE) and People Operations, and actively shape the transformation of the HR department towards a scalable, future-oriented setup.
