About the Role
You’ll lead strategic collaborations across AI, Data, Simulation, Processes, and Quantum Computing. You translate complex research and technological capabilities into impactful partnership programs and long-term innovation strategies.
You’ll collaborate with global companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU AeroEngines, and with leading universities worldwide.
What You’ll Do
1. Build lasting, trustful partnerships across industry and academia
2. Translate customer ambitions into actionable innovation programs
3. Drive strategic proposals and consortia for EU and national funding
4. Represent TWT in the global innovation community
What You Bring
5. Degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation
6. Proven experience in customer engagement or business development
7. Strong grasp of AI, digital engineering, and simulation-based design
8. Fluent in English and German; excellent communicator and connector
