Job Description
As a Director, you will oversee the "Value Proposition" team responsible for:
* Understanding customer needs and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
* Designing end-to-end value propositions that meet customer expectations
* Collaborating with stakeholders to co-create solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty
You will also lead the "Customer Service" team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a single point of contact.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A higher education degree (Master's level)
* 8+ years of experience in a similar or related position with management responsibilities
* Solid experience in consulting and the insurance or financial sector
* Strong customer orientation and interest in social and environmental challenges
