* Participate in the operational accounting of ANDE SE and its European branches(Germany, Italy, Spain,Franceand Belgium)in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and tax regulations
* Perform monthly closing activities, including postings and company-level consolidations
* Validate, post, and document holding company transactions(e.g.allocation of management fees to branches)as part of the financial statement preparation
* Act as a key contact for branch finance teams and internal stakeholders (Tax, Actuarial, FP&A, Internal Audit)within AND-E company and with ANDEL group centers.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and Luxembourg authorities
* Contribute to finance projects, process improvements, and the digitalization/automation of accounting workflowsincluding AI applications
* University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a comparable professional qualification (e.g. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, CFA)
* Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally within the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, particularly in an international consolidation environment
* Very good Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting IT systems
* Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a proactive mindset
* Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
