Service Sales Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
* Establish sales objectives and strategy through forecasting a sales process and team performance.
* Develop annual sales targets and quotas for regions.
* Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams.
* Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
* Day-to-day activities and management of the Inside Sales Department.
* Showing the growth for all service sales pillars (solution, replacement, parts, AMC, T&M).
* Conducting proper communication with support functions as KA, CS, application, product team and execution team.
* Establishing and adjusting sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors and supply and demand indicators.
* Completing service sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results.
* Managing project costing including in-house product and vendor cost from estimation stage till handover date.
* Proper estimation and evaluation for all projects and ensuring all contracts have profitability according to company guidelines.
* Working closely with business units to achieve company objectives and targets.
* Protecting/enhancing gross margin and safe cost with the execution team.
* Reporting to senior managers on weekly and monthly basis.
* Customer satisfaction is key, service sales must take necessary countermeasures to meet customer satisfaction level.
* Helping the organization's processes remain compliant with local laws and regulations.
* Maximizing revenue and profitability by driving operational excellence within the team.
* Following company internal procedures and systems for purchasing materials and planning inventory.
* Leading, developing and coaching the service sales team to deliver business goals.
* Driving continuous service sales improvement and implementing operational discipline.
* Monitoring, reporting and analyzing monthly performance of service sales team.
* Ensuring strong working relationships with vendors, dealers and contractors.
* Overall responsible for the performance review and evaluation of the service sales team.
