About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 1. Transportation Process Planning & Optimization: Plan transportation strategies based on business needs, optimizing end-to-end processes including cargo collection, sorting, transit, and delivery. Streamline routes to minimize returns, establish standardized operating procedures, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. 2. Carrier & Resource Management: Evaluate and select high-quality carriers, implement performance assessment systems, and oversee daily operations to address anomalies. Integrate and allocate transportation resources, develop new channels, optimize routes and capacity configurations, and ensure service quality and timeliness. 3. Operations Monitoring & Problem Resolution: Monitor real-time transportation metrics (cost, efficiency, profit/loss) and establish risk alerts to address anomalies promptly. Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities, develop improvement plans, and ensure stable transportation operations. 4. Customer Service & Collaboration: Align with customer needs, manage end-to-end service cycles, and resolve complaints/claims. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless transportation processes, enhancing customer satisfaction and experience. 5. Team Management & Capability Building: Set team goals, delegate tasks, and provide training/guidance. Establish a talent development system to elevate team members’ professional skills and service awareness, ensuring efficient execution and sustainable growth of transportation operations.
