* Support in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans and project management templates
* Maintenance and updating of databases, budget calculations, etc.
* Maintenance of central SharePoint pages
* Support for new initiatives and projects
* Identification and research of AI trends and innovations
* Assistance in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, preparation of workshops, etc.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree with a focus on Business Information Systems, Communication, or Business Administration
* Ideally, initial professional experience through training, internships, etc.
* Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
* Very good technical understanding and proficiency in using MS Office applications
* Proactive working style and high willingness to learn
* Teamwork
* Very good English skills
