Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to drive our digital marketing and transformation initiatives utilizing AI tools.
This role bridges technology and marketing, ensuring seamless campaign execution, customer journey optimization, and effective use of digital channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system, including data integrity, user support, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM system
* Develop and implement CRM workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports for marketing and sales teams
* Collaborate with sales to optimize the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking
* Ensure GDPR compliance and best practices in data handling
Digital Marketing & DX Initiatives:
* Coordinate and execute digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and Google Ads
* Support content planning and publishing on LinkedIn, including analytics tracking and community management
* Manage digital marketing tools and platforms
* Contribute to the execution and optimization of digital touchpoints throughout the customer journey
* Track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance and suggest improvements
* Utilize AI tools to analyze data and generate content
Marketing Operations & Automation:
* Support the setup and execution of automated email workflows, newsletters, and customer journeys
* Work closely with the marketing team to align digital activities with campaign goals
* Evaluate and propose tools and technologies that improve our digital presence and marketing efficiency
