Customer Service Specialist - Collective Funds

The mission of the Customer Service team involves client servicing and policy administration activities. They manage clients' requests, answering calls, emails, and executing transactions in the policy administration system.
Key objectives:
* Operational Support: Provide assistance with case checks and follow-ups.
* Client Services: Establish direct contact with partners at all stages of operations and ensure follow-up of client requests.
* Policy Management: Handle transaction documents, check, key, match, and execute.
* Business Processing: Execute services for external clients/partners according to the SLA.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
* Similar experience (2-3 years) in the banking/insurance industry.
* AML/KYC skills (document collection and analysis).
* Analytical skills.
