The Group Privacy function is responsible for developing and sustaining a robust privacy strategy framework that strengthens trust among customers, employees and third parties in the handling of their data. By supporting ethical AI usage and the implementation of evolving data regulations, the function enables sustainable business growth.
Within this environment, the Governance & Operations team plays a central role in maintaining relationships with global entities, managing reporting and corporate rules, developing training initiatives, and overseeing administration and tooling. This position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Group Privacy, providing direct support to senior leadership while contributing to operational excellence across the function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct personal and executive assistance to the Group Chief Privacy Officer, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, filing, and document management.
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including communication with German Data Protection Authorities and internal stakeholders based in Munich.
* Supporting operational governance activities, including reporting, maintenance of corporate rules, and administration of tools and processes.
* Coordinating closely with the team assistant on event management, contract administration, invoicing, and time management activities.
* Contributing to operational and analytical projects, including reporting, data visualisation, and trend analysis.
* Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across global and local entities.
Your Profile:
* 3–5 years’ professional experience in a comparable personal or executive assistant, analyst, or governance support role.
* Fluency in both German and English, with confidence communicating in professional and regulatory contexts.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work precisely, independently, and proactively.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in creating structured documents, reports, and presentations.
* Solid project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, including experience with data visualisation and reporting.
* High level of reliability, resilience, and commitment.
* Excellent communication skills, combined with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Ideally, prior exposure to large corporate environments and complex business processes.
