As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
1. You want to actively contribute to the growth of a company and help turn big plans into reality? Then join our team! 2. In your role, you will be the point of contact for legal matters concerning our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy, Toll, and Purchasing.
3. You review and negotiate procurement contracts, mainly in the areas of IT and digital products.
4. You advise our Sales Units on selling our products (including software) and on negotiating large-scale customer contracts.
5. You develop legal structuring options for new digital products and business opportunities.
6. You also support special projects with group-wide relevance from a legal perspective.
7. You independently manage your work processes and handle legal matters with full responsibility.
What makes you stand out
8. You have completed both state law examinations, ideally with distinction..
9. You have already gained specific experience in Procurement / Commercial / Sales either in a law firm or in-house, and you bring knowledge in IT law.
10. You are tech-savvy and interested in digital products – both in advising our business units and in using digital tools within the Legal team.
11. You enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of departments and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.
12. Strong analytical thinking, a high solution orientation, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness distinguish you.
13. You possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
14. You are highly organized, proactive, and show strong commitment.
15. You work independently, and your proactive approach, empathy, negotiation skills, and assertive personality round off your profile.
