Hardware Developer

As a Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of radiation detectors.
Your tasks:
1. Development, design, and programming of hardware components and systems for radiation measuring instruments and radiation detectors.
2. Creation of circuit diagrams and layouts for printed circuit boards.
3. Carrying out tests and error analyses.
4. Cooperation with other departments, such as software development and production.
5. Documentation of development processes and results.
Your profile:
6. Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
7. 10+ years of professional experience in hardware development, ideally in the field of radiation protection or measurement technology.
8. Sound knowledge of circuit technology and PCB design.
9. Experience with CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KICAD, freeCAD).
10. Programming knowledge of Ansi-C, Assembler, System-Verilog HDL, or Python.
11. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
12. Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in German and English.
13. Managing changing priorities and delivering on tight timelines.
