At Private Office Ventures, we are currently raising more than $13 billion across multiple verticals, including film, media, sports and entertainment, commodities, mining, real estate, high tech, renewable energy, hospitality, venture capital, healthcare, and water, as well as representing owners of private jets and rare classic cars.
The candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a significant network within the investor and family office space and will be instrumental in integrating high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family offices into exclusive investment opportunities across diverse, high-value verticals. This role demands experience working with the utmost level of governance, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Bavarian region while leveraging connections cross-regionally.
* Cultivate relationships with investors, family offices, and UHNWIs to promote unique opportunities across multiple sectors, including:
* Rare cars and collectibles (e.g., unique dinosaur collections), rare classic cars, and private jets.
* A $12bn sports and entertainment project.
* Hospitality, film, music, and entertainment ventures.
* Commodities such as gold and diamonds.
* Actively engage with global families to facilitate partnerships and ensure seamless collaboration.
* Manage high-value transactions across multiple industries while adhering to the highest standards of governance and discretion.
* Represent the company with professionalism and integrity while navigating complex negotiations at the highest levels of business.
* Develop our presence in the yacht space.
Qualifications
* Extensive network and at least 5 years of experience within the investor, family office, and UHNW ecosystem.
* Proven experience handling high-value transactions across luxury markets such as rare cars, collectibles, real estate, entertainment, and commodities.
* Deep understanding of ultra-luxury industries and their unique dynamics.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership skills, and cultural sensitivity.
* Comfortable working with elite stakeholders under strict confidentiality protocols.
* Fluency in English; French is highly desirable.
