Tasks
You will support our lean and project management team in a variety of areas related to process optimization and project work. This includes, among other things:
1. Collaboration in ongoing improvement projects in the production environment
2. Analysis of processes and identification of waste
3. Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of workshops (e.g., Lean KATA, value stream analyses)
4. Creation of presentations, evaluations, and decision templates
5. Support in project management (milestone tracking, risk management, documentation)

Requirements
11. At the time of the internship, you must be at least in your third semester of study.
12. Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written must be included with the application) or the internship between bachelor's and master's studies (gap year).
13. Interest in lean management and project management
14. Analytical thinking and structured working style
15. Enjoyment of teamwork and communication
16. Confident use of M365
17. Initiative and willingness to try new things
18. Ideally, initial experience with lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, value stream analysis)
