As Head of Quality Control, you will lead and optimize all processes related to quality assurance for our advanced UAV production, driving the launch and success of our new multicopter production line based on cutting-edge technologies from Ukraine.
You will be directly involved in the production process, planning, and quality check process, ensuring that each unit meets our high-quality standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
* Optimize and configure processes related to quality control across production and testing.
* Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team, including pilots, quality controllers, and quality engineers.
* Oversee departmental resources and timelines for inspections, analyze risks, and develop strategies to minimize them.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the quality process.
* Organize and maintain defect data collection, statistics, and claims handling; create and manage defect reports.
* Prepare documentation and act as a key stakeholder in claims management and internal repair processes.
What you bring to the team:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in robotics or UAV manufacturing.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Quality, Maintenance, or Production modules).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to structure team workflows and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
* Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage conflict situations effectively.
* Professional skills of communication in English or German
