Position Summary:
* Lead eCommerce sales management with direct partnerships and distribution networks.
Main Responsibilities include developing companywide initiatives to enhance relations, brand loyalty, and execution of strategies across various platforms while achieving sales targets.

1. Sales & Marketing Support:
o Establish and achieve Annual Sales Operating Plan (AOP) for Revenue, Margin & Share.
o Develop and implement sales & marketing spending plans (with distributors).
o Manage budget to stay within limits.
o Monitor competition and market trends to optimize sales opportunities.
2. Order Fulfillment: Operations, Finance, Supply Chain & Logistics:
o Oversight of customer orders, required lead-times, order accuracy, shipment schedule adhering to customer routing requirements and deadlines.
o Collaborate with Directors to ensure systems, processes, pricing, and roles are driving demand fulfillment productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Music. MBA or MS in Sales/Marketing preferred. Minimum 8-10 years sales experience. Minimum 3-5 years sales management experience with a proven track record selling to key decision makers at a chain store.
