Description
* Conduct all tasks related to flight control law design and assessment for manned and unmanned aircraft
* Prepare flight dynamics models
* Perform linear feedback and command path design
* Execute non‑linear and care‑free handling design
* Conduct unit testing of control law elements
* Assess design solutions in both time and frequency domains
* Perform manned simulations
* Document design solutions and assessment outcomes
* Support other departments (e.g., Simulation, Flight Test) with flight control law topics
Profile
* Master's degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering
* At least 2 years of engineering experience
* Strong knowledge of flight control, flight mechanics, and control law design
* English at negotiation level; German skills are an advantage
* Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is required
* Programming skills preferred in Fortran, C, or Python
