Your Daily Tasks
* Review and analyze video content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
* Identify and remove content that violates terms of use or poses safety risks.
* Assess flagged content with accuracy, empathy, and attention to cultural context.
* Maintain high productivity and quality standards in all moderation tasks.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and policy understanding.
* Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and policy changes.
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1 or higher) and B2 English.
* EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not available).
* Willingness to relocate to Portugal and start as soon as possible.
* Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
* Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory — full training is provided.
