Join the Finance team at our designer outlet centre in Ochtrup as an Accounts Receivable Assistant and play a key role in a vibrant, fast-moving retail environment. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with centre teams and tenants, playing a key part in accurate billing, effective credit control, and building strong tenant relationships. If you enjoy working with people as much as numbers, this role could be a great fit. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. You’ll gain valuable experience in a dynamic and international business, and you’ll be supported by knowledgeable colleagues in order to develop your career. What you'll be doing • Managing the end-to-end sales ledger for approximately 300 tenants. • Delivering monthly billing, including rent, turnover rent, service charge, marketing, and utilities. • Owning credit control activities, including debt reporting and payment plans. • Allocating cash receipts, monitoring bank accounts and completing reconciliations. • Responding to tenant queries professionally via email and phone. • Supporting audits, legal processes, rent securities and year-end reconciliations. • Working in partnership with centre teams and global finance colleagues. To be successful you’ll bring • Previous accounting experience within industry, retail or property. • Strong Excel and Outlook skills. • Fluent German (essential) with good English skills preferred. • Experience with MRI and/or Workday is desirable. • Highly organised, proactive and a confident communicator.
