an Account Executive (m/f/d)
who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and bring expertise to a rapidly growing construction industry.

What your day will look like

Your Mission

* Drive and achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory, focusing on an existing client base.
* Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.
* Collaborate closely with the Presales team to understand client needs and build tailored technical and commercial proposals.
* Proactively nurture and grow existing customer relationships.
* Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to support outbound campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.
* Hunt and attract new customers

What You Bring to the Role?

* You're outgoing, result-driven, and energetic — with a strong hunter mindset and a hunger to succeed.
* You know how to sell: persuasive, a strong negotiator, and an expert networker.
* You're proactive and self-sufficient — comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone and making things happen.
* You have a client-first approach, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset. You consistently follow up and motivate clients.
* Willingness to travel is needed.
* Fluent in German (daily working language) and proficient in English (used for internal collaboration and career growth) — both are mandatory.
* Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required.
* You bring 2–3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to mid market companies

The Recruitment Process

* Initial call with our HR/Recruitment team (in English)
* Interview with your future manager
* Case study presentation with your future team
* Final meeting with the Head of Sales for the DACH region
* We aim for a fast and efficient recruitment process (2–3 weeks max).
