Administrative Assistant for Office Management

We are a traditional company in the plumbing and heating trade in Münster. Our projects for large and private customers offer room for your implementation and make your daily work exciting.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to our construction manager
* Preparation and entry of measurements
* Phone and written correspondence
* Recording and processing orders and supplements as required
* Invoicing of building bills
* General assistance and support for the entire office team
Requirements:
* Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification; trainees from the trade sector are also welcome
* Fluent use of common MS-Office products
* Experience in commercial areas, preferably from the trade sector
* Friendly and approachable demeanor and communication skills
* Commitment and reliability are self-evident
