Check out this job: What you will do:
1. Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
2. Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
3. Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards/do discounts, etc.
4. Help re-stock the sales floor.
5. Keep things neat and clean in the store.
6. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.
7. Assist with coaching and discipline of the store sales team.
8. Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
9. Prepare deposit and make deposits at the bank.
10. Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What you need:
17. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and have personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
18. Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
19. Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
20. Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
21. Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
