Role
As a Content Marketing Manager at Blockbrain, you own how Blockbrain shows up in the market — across our website, blog, press, social media, and beyond.
You translate a technical product and complex enterprise use cases into stories that resonate with the decision-makers in different target audiences. Working closely with Blockbrains founders, sales, and product teams, you turn customer wins, product launches, and ideas into a steady stream of high-quality content that builds brand authority and drives pipeline.

In Your First 6 Months, You Will
* Take ownership of the editorial calendar and establish a consistent publishing rhythm
* Publish high-impact customer case studies
* Drive measurable growth in organic traffic and LinkedIn engagement
* Establish a baseline content performance dashboard and report on key KPIs
Responsibilities
* Own the content roadmap : Build and run our editorial calendar across blog, website, and social, ensuring every piece ladders up to a clear business goal.
* Produce content that drives pipeline : Write blog posts, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, factsheets, and other long-form content that turns interest into qualified leads.
* Lead PR, thought leadership, and social : Build journalist relationships, secure media placements in business and tech publications, manage strategic press releases, and drive our LinkedIn presence on both the company page and founder profiles.
* Own SEO & GEO : Conduct keyword research, apply on-page optimization, and write content that ranks — treating SEO & GEO as a natural part of your content process, not an afterthought.
* Measure what matters : Own content performance reporting: track organic traffic, lead attribution, engagement metrics, and conversion rates. Use data to iterate and improve continuously.
* Nurture leads through email : Own the content newsletter and support email marketing sequences that keep prospects and customers engaged across the funnel.
* Activate through events : Support or lead the content production for webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership sessions in collaboration with sales and product.
* Shape and protect the brand : Own our voice, messaging, and visual consistency across every external touchpoint, in close partnership with design.
* Win in AI search : Develop how Blockbrain shows up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews — a new and fast-evolving discovery channel that we're investing in now.
* Turn customers into stories: Interview customers and transform their wins into case studies, ROI narratives, sales collateral, and social content.
* Own the website content : Manage the blog, landing pages, partner pages, and newsroom on blockbrain.ai. Partner with performance marketing on lead-gen landing pages that convert.
Expected AI Skills
At Blockbrain, we don't just talk about AI — we use it every day. In this role, we expect you to:
* Use AI tools (including our own Knowledge Bots) for research, first drafts, repurposing content across formats, and editing
* Build AI-powered workflows : SEO research, brand voice consistency, competitive monitoring, or turning one source story into a full asset stack
* Experiment with new prompting techniques, agents, and automations to multiply your output without sacrificing quality
* Serve as an internal power user of our product and shape it with real-world feedback to the product team
* Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities in marketing and apply them to your work
Your Profile
* 3+ years in content marketing in B2B SaaS or technical products: You have the portfolio to prove it.
* Native or fluent German and excellent English : You write with precision and adapt your tone from a technical audience to a C-level decision-maker.
* Outstanding writing skills: In both languages across formats (long-form, social, PR, web copy)
* Solid SEO& GEO fundamentals: And genuine curiosity about AI search optimization
* Hands-on experience with AI writing and research tools: Clear habit of using them daily
* Solution orientation : When you run into a problem, you focus on finding a way forward, not explaining why it's blocked.
* Organizational talent : You juggle an editorial calendar, press pipeline, product launches, and multiple stakeholders without dropping balls.
* Comfort with startup pace : You thrive with ambiguity, move fast, and finish what you start
* Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field — or equivalent experience that proves you can do the job.

Compensation
