Role Overview:
As part of our continuous growth in our business, we are looking for two Customer Service Representatives with English skills to join our back-office team either in Poland, Finland or Germany. As a Customer Service Representative you will be in daily contact with our sales representatives and their customers.
Your responsibilities include:
Active support for sales representatives and customers
Ensuring complete management of orders, deliveries, and after-sales service to customers, including management in internal systems - SAP and others
Monitoring the overall progress of orders from entry to invoicing
Regular communication with customers and sales representatives
Completing tasks assigned by direct supervisors
Communication and collaboration across departments
Teamwork with other Customer Service Representatives where needed
Requirements:
Communicative personality with a positive attitude
Responsibility and thoroughness, proactive in handling unexpected situations
Team player able to work in a cross cultural team
Good MS Office skills and preferably first experience and skills in SAP
Fluent English skills
Relevant work experience in customer service is seen as an advantage
Flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment
Willingness to develop
