In this key position, you will take over the management of a first-class equipped clinic and lead the site back to a thriving 24/7 emergency and referral center.

Your tasks
The focus of this vacancy is primarily on entrepreneurial and personnel management. You will act as a mentor and strategist to sustainably stabilize and expand the clinic.
7. Site development: You will develop a clear vision for the clinic, rebuild structures and establish a successful 24/7 service model.
8. Team leadership: You will be responsible for managing around 25-30 veterinarians and the entire clinical staff. You will promote a climate of trust and stability.
9. Culture & processes: You optimize internal processes and consolidate a modern, dynamic team culture in which the group's values are actively lived.
10. Presence & mentoring: As a manager, you are present on site, promote young talent and support your team in their professional development.
11. Economic success: With extensive creative freedom, you will lead the clinic to operational and strategic success.
Your profile
12. Qualifications: Completed degree in veterinary medicine and German license to practice medicine.
13. Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience, combined with sound experience in managing larger teams or a clinic/practice.
14. Leadership focus: We are looking for a "leader first". Your strength lies in managing organizations and motivating people. A high level of clinical involvement is not expected.
15. Personality: You have a professional charisma, a high level of personal responsibility and a customer- and team-oriented way of working.
16. Language level: Business fluent German (at least C1 level).
17. Expertise: A specialist veterinary title is advantageous, but your management skills are crucial for this role.
