Employee inside sales emea (m/f/d)

Beschreibung

Your assignment:

1. You will process, investigate, and follow up on customer and partner inquiries.
2. You will prepare and create offers and send them out in close coordination with your team.
3. You will coordinate customer expectations internally with regard to forecast adjustments, escalations, and delivery dates.
4. You will act as an interface between sales administration and other departments within the company.
5. You will maintain internal databases (project database, CRM system) as well as internal and external information interfaces (information pool).
6. You will participate in marketing activities, trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences.
7. You will be responsible for reporting within the scope of the specifications (e.g., forecasts, monthly reports).
8. You will track and report on sales KPIs and look after the customers and distributors assigned to you.

Your Profile:

9. You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk, or similar.
10. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in sales or a sales-related field.
11. Ideally, you have previous experience in distribution or in the automotive or semiconductor industry.
12. You work independently and in a structured manner, are communicative, and have a confident manner.
13. You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and ideally have knowledge of Salesforce.
14. You occasionally participate in business trips and trade fairs.
15. You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
